OFF-ROAD Classes and Class Rules
All off road classes must use chassis and shock protectors at all times.
ROOKIE 1/10 SCALE

The Rookie class is for entry-level drivers that are new to RC racing. The rules for this division are:
Chassis
1. Any 2wd 1/10th electric off-road competition vehicle or 1/10th RTR vehicle with RTR electronics. We strongly discourage the use of 4wd vehicles in this division.
Body
1. Any body style is allowed.
Tires
1. Rubber slicks, foams or Carpet Pin tires are legal
Electronics
1. 27T brushed motors, or 17.5T to 21.5T brushless motors or the original RTR power system for your specific vehicle
2. Battery: 6-cell NiMH batteries, or 2-cell hard case Li-Poly batteries / 8.44v max

1.3.3 Tires and Wheels: No Dish style wheels/rims.
Tire Mounted: Minimum Diameter of the tire (mounted) is established to limit extremely low-profile designs. The target dimension (new tire) is established at 4.30 Inches. To compensate for wear, molding tolerances, degradation of foam inserts, the pre‐ race minimum allowable diameter of a mounted tire is 4.20 inches. Tracks and Promoters are encouraged to select a “Stated” tire that works best for their particular location.
1.3.4 Race vehicles must have front and rear bumpers. Made from non-metallic material nor contain sharp edges.
1.3.5 Front bumper must be minimum 171.45mm (6.750 inch) in width. Front Bumper can be no wider than the inner sidewall of the front tire when straight.
1.3.6 No belted tires will be allowed
1/18 Scale BRUSHED MINI B / MINI T

This class is intended for brushed mini drivers that want a higher level of competition than the beginner level but still have budget racing in mind. These can race on the Oval, Off-Road or On-Road courses.
This class is intended for the 1/16 -1/18 scale (Mini's) like the Losi Mini T/B and Jrx-T Latrax Prerunner vehicles but allows aftermarket parts and more experimentation. With the exception of the stock brushed motor this class is open and offers another class for drivers that like to race multiple classes. You MUST have a transponder for your laps to be counted You MAY also need a "Y" adapter to power the transponder (see home page for transponder options) HERE
Buggy's must resemble the buggy and Trucks must resemble the truck.

**Truck class: truck (shorter) chassis, body, Stock (kit) wing and truck tires

With our track size and the open gearing/battery in this class there is no reason to tamper with the stock brushed motor
Motors are subject to be inspected and may by sealed with tamper proof tape
May use an aftermarket body intended by the manufacturer for use on a Losi Mini T
May use tires intended by the manufacturer for used on a Losi Mini T/B and they must be to size and scale to the stock tires ( If there are tires that are found to cause damage to the track they will be banned ) Foam tires Mini Blocks / 20% 3d printed parts okay / Must use the stock Traxxas/ LOSI Radio in the Brushed class.

1/18 Scale BRUSHLESS MINI B / MINI T

Open Mini Class: This is the top MINI buggy and truck class
Based on the Losi Mini B Pro roller and stock Mini T this class offers a test of skill and setup for accomplished drivers
Brushed and brushless motors allowed that are intended for use in a 1/10, 1/16 and 1/18 scale surface vehicles.
Buggy's must resemble the buggy and Trucks must resemble the truck.
**Buggy class: buggy (longer) chassis, body, wing and buggy tires
**Truck class: truck (shorter) chassis, body, Stock (kit) wing and truck tires
